Intro. to Painting on Glass with Reusche Paints

Come learn this unique skill of painting and kiln-firing on sheet glass just like the great ecclesiastical artists of the past generations. Reusche paints will be used by Justin Sanchez during this hands-on workshop.

Techniques that will be learned:

  • Differentiating the types of Reusche paintsSOLDIERedit
  • Methods of mixing mediums and paints
  • Types of tools used
  • Hands on painting of individual projects
  • Personal instructor advice for each student
  • Painting techniques
  • Kiln operation and firing schedules
  • Discussion and feedback on student’s topics and projects
  • Proper storage of non-used materials
